If you own a vehicle that failed the smog test you may be eligible of up to $4,000 incentives to replace it for a qualifying new or pre-owned one. Don't spend more money fixing your old car and get more for it!

Eligible consumers who retire and replace a qualifying vehicle will be offered Total Base Incentives of up to $3,000. If the eligible consumer meets certain low-income eligibility requirements, the consumer will be offered Total Low-Income Incentives of up to $4,000.
